No. The license key has Windows and Mac versions. It is not supported to register a Mac computer with a license key in the Windows version. First of all, check whether your video format is supported from the Reference page. If Yes, then make sure this video is not encrypted by DRM/content protection. Also, it is not supported to convert or edit a damaged video. You can use any video player to open this video and have a check. If your video is shaky or blurry, you can use Video Enhancer inside the Toolbox.
